Here are the deets for three foot soaks that will seriously bliss you out!
RELAXING FOOT BATH

ingredients:
5 litres of water
2 drops of lavender essential oil
1/4 cup of sea salt or Epsom salt
how to:
Boil water and aloow to cool down, add the lavender oil and salt - and soak your feet.
You could also try Sandalwood or Ylang Ylang oils, for a soothing effect.
REVIGORATING SOAK
ingredients:
Water enough to cover your feet and reach your ankles
3 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 drop of eucalyptus essential oil and 1 drop of lemon essential oil {these two are optional but aid the invigorating sensation of this foot soak}
how-to:
Boil water, then allow to cool down a bit. Add the oils and soak feet.
SKIN SOFTENING SOAK
ingredients:
1/4 fresh lemon juice
a bit of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 water
