say BUH-BYE SUGAR {and slow down ageing}

EATING TOO MANY SWEET TREATS CAN LEAD ADD THE YEARS ONTO YOUR FACE... 
Yep, consuming sugar causes blood sugar levels to see-saw creating stress which causes ageing!

Eating sugar also has an adverse effect on our body's organs due to a process called glycosylation. This alters the structure of proteins and keeps them from doing what they're supposed to - the first one affected is collagen.

Collagen is the connective tissue which holds your skeleton together, attaches your muscles to your bones and is the foundation of your blood vessels, skin, lungs and cartilage. Basically the collagen's flexibility is destroyed and you're left with your blood vessels, lungs, and joints stiffening, and your skin will start to sag.

Sorry, not the sweetest news ~ but good to know!!!!!
