LOVING THESE MAKE-UP TIPS FROM THE MAG PROS... 

The fashion editor at Allure revealed {to Glamour magazine's beauty department} her technique for creating smoky eyes... it's one of my fave tips:
Wash your face and dry as usual, then line your upper lash lines with an eye pencil—and then get in the shower. {Don't get your face wet.} The steam from the shower will blend the liner over your lids a bit on its own, and then you just give it a quick smudge after you get out. 

Allure's beauty editor also had a similarly brilliant-but-unorthodox eye tip: "After washing my face and applying moisturiser, I leave my skin damp and pat concealer on my dark circles—but I don't blend it in. Instead, I let it sink into my skin while getting dressed and putting on the rest of my makeup.
It takes about 30 minutes for it to absorb enough that it's no longer detectable, but it covers my
 dark circles much better."
