Barb De Corti - GUEST 'ECO CLEAN-QUEEN' BLOGGER
Barb de Corti is the beauty, brains and businesswoman behind ENJO Australia and its environmentally friendly cleaning products!
And believe it or not, she's a self-confessed former bleach queen. True story! Before ENJO she used pretty much every chemical on the supermarket shelf. But while her house looked perfect, her family’s health was far from it. Her young son was suffering debilitating asthma attacks, the cause of which turned out to be those wonderfully fresh-smelling chemicals.
In search of a healthier cleaning routine, Barb looked beyond Perth and Australia and discovered the ENJO range of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Using ENJO’s clever fibres and just a little water, the amount of chemicals in her home was suddenly reduced to virtually nothing. Her son’s asthma attacks became far less frequent and her house gleamed.
Keen to spread the good word, Barb established ENJO Australia, recruited a team of ENJOpreneurs and started holding Demos that very same year. And what began with a Perth mum on a mission in 1994 has now become the leader in environmentally friendly cleaning products.
bellaMUMMA absolutely adores Barb and is thrilled she's going to be sharing her eco experience and cleaning expertise!

sammy & bella - GUEST 'FOODIE' BLOGGERS
There are very few home cooks that can claim to have impressed and blown the minds of several world renowned chefs.... and that is exactly what Sydney sisters Sammy and Bella did when they won
Channel Sevens hit show My Kitchen Rules.
Channel Sevens hit show My Kitchen Rules.
The girls, coming from a fashion background, both quit their jobs to take part in the number one series, which has proven to pay off and given them a head start in the food industry. Growing up in the beach side suburbs of Sydney, the girls trace their roots back to their Polish heritage through food. Their grandmother Ula, who worked as a caterer and even cooked for Bill Clinton, is the main source of the girl’s inspiration. The celebration of female cooks is very close to their hearts and they live by the motto that fresh and local is always best.
Since launching their own catering business, the twosome has catered for weddings, corporate events, private degustation dinners, huge cocktail parties as well as a swag of celebrity events. The girls are hard workers and don’t want to be known as just-another-reality–TV-personality. Working with food and staying in the kitchen (working up to 16 hours per day) has given them respect from industry peers as food professionals. That being said, there is no shortage of work in TV – the girls are resident food experts on The Morning Show, and have appeared on Sunrise, Christmas with the Stars and New Idea TV (and even more projects are in the pipeline). Print media also keeps the girls busy – with regular recipe publication in New Idea, Cosmopolitan and OK! magazines featuring delicious recipes and stunning food photography and styling.
